Consultancy, Inspection & Welding services are provided through Jackup Structures Alliance. JSA can provide on-site technical services in the builder's yard to assist with the assembly and erection of these components including the alignment of the legs, guides and jacking systems. This also includes the design of fixtures for assembling the legs, welding procedures and other fabrication guidelines. In addition, JSA provides general light and heavy fabrication of other components for rigs with a special emphasis on high-strength steel, such as:

 

■  Jackup Bracing Pipe which can be formed and welded on a quick-turnaround basis

■  Jackhouses (housing the planetary gear boxes).

■  Cantilever hold downs, guides and other complex components.

■  Crane foundations and crane columns.

■  Raw Water Towers and Complete Systems.

■  Engineered equipment for riser/pipe/BOP handling.
