This purpose-built operation consists of one of the most modern heavy press breaks in North America. At the center of the operation is a 2500-ton press CNC controls to meet the demanding tolerances for modern jackup leg chords.

 

Heavy plates are formed into half chords up to 2.5" thick. Emphasis is put on high quality products and on-schedule deliveries to meet demanding shipyard construction schedules.
